Equipment

·       Mixer, 12inch Cake Tins, Food Processer

·       Spatula

Ingredients

·       250gr Digestive Biscuit

·       75gr unsalted Butter

·       400gr Nutella

·       500gr Cream Cheese

·       60gr Icing Sugar

Method

·       Ground Biscuits in processer and add 1tbs of Nutella until combined

·       Press into food tin and place in fried until set

·       Beat the Cream Cheese and Icing Sugar in mixer, add remaining Nutella until smooth and fully combined

·       Smooth the Nutella mix onto the biscuit, leave set over night
